“ I grew up in NM but live in AZ so every time I make it back I eat as much New Mexican food as I possible! We had an Uber driver in AZ say his favorite place was Stufy's so we stopped on our way to Northern NM. The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. The food was really good except for the beans, I think they were dehydrated and not enough water was added...if they weren't dehydrated then we got yesterdays beans that were at the bottom of the container they were dry and crumbly. The tables inside need to be wiped down but the inside is nice overall. Bottom line is I would recommend it and I will be back when I make my way back to NM. ”
“ I LOVE STUFFYS! Always have and probably always will! The #9 is the way to go! All day, every day! 1's not enough because its so good, and 2's almost always too much, but I'm a glutton so 2's the "go-two...". There taquitos are bomb as well! The breakfast sopa is a nice change up from a regular old breakfast burrito if you're looking to change it up a bit. Only complaint with this one is there hours suck! ”

“ An Albuquerque staple, I cannot believe it has taken me this long to visit Stufy's. Judging by the drive thru line I am confident I am one of the few that has not visited. The stuffed sopapilla is obviously their specialty, it is very good. Further, they come in a large array of varieties. The stufy is a single sopapilla, you may need to order more than one to truly feel satisfied. I recommend, although they are a little messy and a bit salty. ”
